ABSTRACT

The present article explain the history of fisheries in Maharashtra & important of fisheries sector in the economy. The article explains the production of fish in the Maharashtra State during period of 2005-16, compare the production of marine fish with operating boats & export of fish production, and identify the factors influencing fish catching in this sector.

ABSTRACT

In the present scenario the women-owned businesses is one of the fast growing business in India.  The major population of our country among the women entrepreneurs is constituted by rural women. In this context the research was done to find out the demographic factors and problems and challenges faced by rural women entrepreneurs. A sample of 74 women entrepreneurs were selected randomly for the study. The objective of the paper is to find out the demographic factors and problems faced by rural women entrepreneurs in Madurai. The findings revealed that due to Economic compulsion, they move in for doing the business. Women entrepreneurship plays a vital role in our country for the growth of various economic factors.

ABSTRACT

Religion in India is characterised by a diversity of religious beliefs and practices. India is a secular state with no state religion. The Indian subcontinent is the birthplace of four of the world's major religions; namely Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism. Throughout India's history, religion has been an important part of the country's culture. Religious diversity and religious tolerance are both established in the country by the law and custom; the Constitution of India has declared the right to freedom of religion to be a fundamental right. In India people especially the Muslims and the Hindus are locked in mortal combat with each which leads to communal tension and riot. India is known as a secular nation and such type of communal tension and communal riots that often take place, disturbs and disrupts the peace of the minds and lives of people. Final Solutions is one such play, where the playwright Mahesh Dattani, has highlighted the picture of India during the communal riots. The play talks about the enormous sufferings of both the Hindus and the Muslims. The play also deals with male dominance in the life of a woman in the Indian family.

His writings echo the romantic and postmodern resonations side by side.  Wrigley is a keen observer and has a close watch on nature, life and politics around.  Besides his note on US politics, culture, society and landscape, he has many keen observations on man, nature and psyche. The present paper offers an analytical note on the major issues in his poetry with a close reading of, Lives of the Animals and Reign of Snakes.

ABSTRACT

Agro sector is large ahead in production sector because at east west or south north same scenery districts with same agro climate conditions and soil types sited with its natural features. Agricultural sector in Maharashtra is comparable in Production as like Kokan lot of the varieties available in Vidarbha area. Paddy, mango, big Forest and lot of the minerals like kokan are available in Vidarbha. Rice mills, pulp productions, rice oil production, orange products, spicy sub taste food production milk and milk products and their sub production factories are situated in Nagpur and Vidarbha area. This paper concentrated on food processing industries and subsidies given by the government sector as well as other support given to expand their business. This paper also focuses on organized food processing factories in and around Nagpur and Varhad area with their production distinctiveness. All food processing industries are depending upon farming sector and this sector unable to work if rain fed has troubles in specific area.

ABSTRACT

The present study sought to analyze Electra as psychological drama by Euripides. It also explores it’s relation with modern concept of Electra-complex used by Carl Jung. Through the fictional character of Electra; it discusses the psycho sexual rivalry in the practical and realistic world. Though the play is written in the ancient period it creates avenue for the study of personality by applying Freudian theory of psycho-dynamics & psycholoanlysis. It also explores relationship between psychology and its revelation in literature. It focuses on the personality types from literature and its role in the psychology. Electra a play by Euripides has established the theoretical relationship with Carl Jung and Freud’s theory of psycho dynamics. Though the play is ancient, It is best expression and depiction of psycho analytical study which was interpreted by critics psycho analysts.

In India auto rickshaw’s play’s an important role in public transport health conditions has been always concern linked with this occupation.Auto rickshaw drivers are always exposed to polluted environment like pollutant gases,noisy surrounding and vibration of whole body as well as challenging lifestyle like irregularity of meals ,bad posture of driving and stressful occupational conditions is a part and parcel of this occupation.This study was undertaken to understand the socio-economic conditions of auto rickshaw drivers.

ABSTRACT

Cadmium Sulphide (CdS) thin films deposited on glass substrates by chemical bath deposition (CBD) technique. The chemical bath deposition offers, temperature uniformity throughout the solution, and the control over CdS film thickness. The CdS films are grown on glass substrates (sized, 1´3 inch) by varying four parameters, viz., temperature, pH of the solution bath, dipping time of substrates and molar ratio concentration of cadmium chloride (CdCl₂) and Thiourea (CH₄N₂S) solutions. Further, the CdS depositied films are characterized for optical transmission and absorption measurements by means of UV-VIS spectrophotometer (chemito) in the rangte of 200 nm to 1000 nm. The obtained optical transmission / absorption spectra of CdS films corresponds to the nature of low energy pass optical filters used in oslar cells having energy band gap value is 2.38 eV.

ABSTRACT

      प्रस्तुत अभ्यास डांग जिल्ले के ३०९ गाँवों और इनके ३ तहसील क्षेत्रों में बसे आदिवासी जातियों का समाजशास्त्रीय अध्ययन है । २०११ की जनगणना के अनुसार ९४.६५ प्रतिशत जन संख्या आदिवासी है । इसलिए समग्र डांग प्रदेश आदिवासी प्रदेश के नाम से जाना जाता है । सामान्यत: ‘ डांग ’ शब्द का अर्थ ‘जंगल की लकड़ी ’ लिया जाता है । यहाँ घने जंगल होने के कारण शायद यह नाम दिया होगा । दूसरी मान्यता यह है की, यहाँ की बोली डांगी इसलिए ये नाम दिया होगा । गुजरात राज्य के दक्षिण स्थित और गुजरात –महाराष्ट्र राज्य के सीमा-सरहद के अंतिम और छोटे जिल्ले के रूप में डांग कुदरती वन-संपदाओं से भरा-पड़ा हुआ है ।

ABSTRACT

मौजे नंदापूर हे गांव तालुका व जिल्हा जालना येथे स्थित असून जिल्हा मुख्यालयापासून १४ कि.मी अंतरावर आहे. मौजे नंदापूर गावाची एकूण लोकसंख्या २५०० इतकी असून गावाचे एकूण भौगोलिक क्षेत्र ९४६ हेक्टर आहे. गावातील एकूण कुटुंबांची संख्या ४५० आहे. गावाचे एकूण पर्जन्यमान हे ६८५ मि.मी आहे. महाराष्ट्रामध्ये जालना जिल्हा मराठवाडा विभागामध्ये येतो. गेल्या अनेक वर्षापासून पावसातील अनिश्चितत, कमतरता, अपुरेपणा व अवेळी पडणारा पाऊस यामुळे दुष्काळाची सर्वात मोठी झळ मराठवाडा विभागाला बसते. या दुष्काळग्रस्त विभागात नंदापूर गावाचा समावेश होतो. सन २०१२ पुर्वी मौजे नंदापूर हे एक सर्वसामान्य गाव होते. पूर्णत: निसर्गाच्या पाण्यावर आवलंबून असणारे, पारंपारिक पिके घेणारे, टँकर ग्रस्त, दुष्काळाला कायम सामोरे जाणारे, तसेच रोजगारासाठी लोकांचे स्थलांतर होणारे असे हे गांव होते. सदर गावाचे दरडोई आर्थिक उत्पन्न केवळ रू. ३२५०/- इतके होते. परंतु पाणलोट विकास प्रकल्पाच्या विविध कामांमुळे या गावाचा पूर्णपणे कायापालट झाला. म्हणूनच आज नंदापूर गावाची गणना विकसित गावांमध्ये केली जात आहे. याचे सर्वस्वी श्रेय हे गावातील पाणलोट विकासअंतर्गत झालेली कामे व त्यातील गावकऱ्यांचा सक्रिय सहभाग तसेच सर्व ग्रामस्थांना एकत्रित घेऊन त्यांच्या विकासासाठी निरपेक्ष झटणारे सरपंच यांना जाते.

महाराष्ट्र राज्यात ८२ टक्के शेती ही कोरडवाहू पध्दतीने केली जाते. राज्यात पडणारा अपुरा व अनियमित पाऊस यामुळे नेहमीच टंचाईची परिस्थिती निर्माण होते व गेल्या चार दशकात त्याचा विपरित परिणाम कृषी  क्षेत्रावर होताना दिसून येत आहे. त्यामुळे गेल्या चार दशकात राज्यात पुरेश्या पाण्याअभावी कोरडवाहू क्षेत्रातील पिकांच्या उत्पादनात मोठ्या प्रमाणात चढ-उतार होत असल्याचे दिसून येते. परिणामी पिकांच्या उत्पादनात घट होत आहे. या सर्व बाबी राज्याच्या विकासात एक आव्हान ठरत होत्या. म्हणूनच या समस्येवर मात करण्यासाठी व अनियमित व अनिश्चित पावसावर अवलंबून असणारी ‍बिकट परिस्थिती बदलण्यासाठी राज्यामध्ये सन २०१५-१६ मध्ये ‘जलयुक्त शिवार’ अभियान  राबविण्यात येत आहे.
